Please share with your members: The Indiana State Lodge signed an agreement "back in the summer" with American Life Insurance Company. All active members received a mailing regarding a $3,500 Accidental Death and Dismembership policy. You are automatically covered and "This is legit". You do not need to send back the beneficiary card with personal information.
Only members who returned the beneficiary card with their basic information have received phone calls from the company. We did not provide addresses or phone #'s. Mailing was sent through our private mailing company.
